IDL Instructor's/Presenter's Control Screen
The following graphic is taken from the IDL Instructor's / Presenters
screen. From this screen, they have a wide variety of information and
functions at their fingertips.
The Studio Control allows the interactive presenter or instructor to:
- Select Course and Lesson from the database
- Select number of virtual chat groups
- Display questions and question numbers
- Potential answers with correct answer in bold
- Display who answered what question by selecting corresponding button
- Determine the number of people answering a specific question
- See a percentage of people answering a specific question
- Display a histogram of participants answers
- Browse questions forward and backward
- Issue displayed question to remote participants
- Display percentage of people responding to issued question
- Read messages in the Instructor's message window from participants
- Clear instructor's message window
- Display number of people in broadcast
- Display number of sites in broadcast
- Display number of people calling instructor
- Display percentage of people pressing the signal button
- Scroll a list of sites, clicking site displays all people at that site
- Scroll list of participants, clicking person displays their site
- Open or close the audio link to remote participant
- Know who has answered and answered what question
