eTutor Scheduling & Registration

eTutor Sessions can be scheduled through the CADE Learning Management Web (LMW) just like any other course or lesson. Schedules are displayed through a variety of functions within the LMW and a session may even be joined directly from one of the on-line schedule lists.

Registration for a Session can be specified by the Session creator when the Session is created or scheduled. Participants can register individually for a Session or an administrator can register individuals or groups using a variety of different criteria: sites, regions, job codes, departments, etc. Minimum and maximum participant limits may also be set for an eTutor Session. The wait list capabilities of the LMW are also in effect for eTutor Sessions. Should a session be filled, a Participant may choose to wait list themselves. When a opening becomes available, the Participant is automatically registered in that session and notified through the LMW's messaging system.

All eTutor Session attendance and any responses given by Participants are recorded in the CADE database with the rest of the Participant's training history. A variety of on-line reports are available through the LMW to track and display all Participant activity.
