RSS (Real Simple Syndication) Feeds

While RSS feeds are still in their infancy, they have been incorporated into the CADE system to further improve communication with students, employees, customers, suppliers, or any other constituency that has a need for information on a specific topic or news item.

The news items, or subjects of the feed, are simply another way to give people with the interest or need a better way to keep informed in an ocean of information. People subscribe to the feeds they have particular interest in and are informed whenever there is a change or new item available. RSS Readers are currently being built into browsers to make getting the needed information even easier. Some examples of feeds people might find useful are such items as:

New Product Information
Engineering Changes on Products or Processes
Changes in Business Policy or Practices
Birds of a Feather Feeds on Specific Areas of Interest
Continued Learning on a Topic After the Course
