As of July 2008, Velocedge's interactive distance learning assets were acquired by Learn.net, Inc. These assets included:

• Software for the delivery of live and interactive real-time audio/video delivery via satellite and internet
• Web-based learning management systems
• Charts, Reports, and Analytics
• Interactive audio and data control devices (RF/BLE)
• USB transceivers

Velocedge will continue to be active in sports related endeavours and other areas of interest.
